Home sales Prices Surge
Home sales prices continue to rise as reported by the Office of
the Federal Housing oversight and at astounding rates fueled by low
interest rates and speculators.
The high prices are great for current home owners but challenging
for first time home buyers. The potential for a Real Estate bust is
very possible but as long as interest rates remain low and
speculators are in the market mortgage loans will grow and
home prices will continue to rise.
