Home prices can be expensive in Maryland and the HUD FHA LOAN
Limits reflect this, in fact Maryland home prices have risen 25% in
the past year alone!
That steep rise is expected to drive many more people to seek out
mortgage loan alternatives like FHA LOANS.
Keep in mind the FHA does not actually make the home
loans, the FHA insures FHA home loans. You must still apply for an
FHA loan through regular lenders, your Bank, Credit Union etc.
